Rental Policies

Two night minimum stay
Two (2) adults maximum Patron Suite
Children under 18 are not permitted
All reservations are held for 48 hours to make arrangements for payment. After 48 hours without
response, the reservation will automatically cancel.
A reservation must be paid in full for guarantee.
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstance Instead we would be happy to
reschedule your stay at a later date within 6 months. Subject to availability and price adjustment.

Payment Options

• Zelle or equivalent
• US Check cash deposited or transferred into US bank account
• US Dollars deposited or transferred into Costa Rica bank account

*Because of our limited sized operation, we do not have a credit card bank service and pass the savings on to our clients. For convenience we offer a credit card option through a secure service but we are unable to absorb the fees and these will be added to the transaction.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Check-in for Patron Suites is between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM only.
Property owners are not liable or responsible for loss items or damaged to guests’ personal property.

Travelers Insurance is strongly urged

Guests will not hold property owner liable for any illness or injury during stay.
Deposit of payment indicates agreement to all of the policies indicated.
