Each quarter, Monte Azul reserves a special allotment of nights for our esteemed visiting guests, whom we cordially refer to as Visiting Patrons. Your stay helps to fund our distinguished Fellowship Award for Achievement in Fine Art, while offering you the opportunity to experience this inspirational environment that draws artists from around the world to Costa Rica.

Become an Art Patron by visiting Monte Azul
Your reservation of six (6) nights or more will fund a week-long residency for an invited artist.
Reserve six consecutive nights or more, or split the six nights with friends and family. A selected artist receives an invitation to attend Monte Azul.
The week-long award is named after yourself, a person of your choice, or anonymous if you prefer.
Special introductory rate includes welcome platter, bottle of wine, breakfast, lunch, dinner.
$350 per person, per night, double occupancy
$395 single occupancy
Patron suites offer approximately 75 square meters (800 square feet) of living space, double sink bathroom, custom luxury furnishings and fine art all produced on site, plus expansive private gardens providing access to the river and the Monte Azul trail system
